Let's talk West Norfolk
Have your chance in a survey to talk about West Norfolk.
Through www.letstalkwestnorfolk.co.uk, we are asking residents of West Norfolk how they value different services, and asking for their opinions on charges, as well as asking what ideas they themselves may have.
We’re doing this because the council has a plan to support the borough as a place where people and businesses can thrive but, like councils across the country, our budgets are under pressure and we have some decisions to make about what we prioritise.
It’s really important that the views of our residents are taken into account in making those decisions so we are asking people to tell us what is most important to them. The views of young people are typically underrepresented in this type of decision making so I’m especially keen to make sure they have the opportunity to take part in this survey.*
As a thank you for taking part, we are offering the chance to win passes or tickets from Alive.
The survey can be completed online (our preference if possible) or on paper (which I can supply on request). I can make it available in large print or easy-read and also have some capacity to attend events using ipads to support people to fill it out.
I would be grateful for any help you can give in promoting it and encouraging people to take part. If there is anything I can do to help with this, please contact me and I will do my best to support you.
The survey closes at midnight on 1 December.
